Candy AI is the broader product: more than 100 pre-built characters, a deep custom-character builder, text chat, voice messages, AI image generation, and short AI video, all under one account. DreamGF is narrower and more focused, chat plus on-demand AI-generated photos is the core loop, with voice messages and calls as token-gated extras layered on top, rather than a full multimedia suite.

Pricing — both are genuinely hard to pin down

Neither product should be trusted on price without checking the live site yourself, and that’s true for reasons specific to each. Candy AI’s homepage shows a perpetual, unresolved “-70% off” promotional banner rather than a fixed number, and third-party sources report figures anywhere from roughly $4 to $17 a month depending on billing term. DreamGF is a more serious case: its own pricing page and its own homepage listed two different tier structures on the same day during our research, one showing three-month, monthly, and annual plans in the $13–$78-per-period range, the other showing flat Bronze-through-Diamond tiers from $9.99 to $99.99/month. Both platforms layer a separate token system for images, video, and voice on top of whatever subscription number you land on, so the number on the landing page is a floor for realistic spend, not a ceiling, on either product.

Refunds

Candy AI gives you a narrow but real window: eligible within 24 hours of payment, and only if you’ve used 20 tokens or fewer. DreamGF is more absolute, no refunds except where required by law, citing infrastructure cost as the reason, with no time-based exception described at all. If a false start or a change of mind matters to you, Candy AI’s policy leaves more room than DreamGF’s.

Privacy

Candy AI is the more transparent of the two on paper, if not necessarily the more reassuring: its policy explicitly states conversation data may be used, aggregated and de-identified, to train AI models, and separately discloses sharing message content with third-party LLM providers and hosts. DreamGF’s policy simply doesn’t address AI training use of chat or image data in either direction, an omission rather than a disclosure, and one that leaves a genuine open question for a prospective subscriber to ask support directly.

Verdict

Candy AI is the more full-featured and more transparent, if not necessarily more private, of the two, and its refund window, narrow as it is, beats DreamGF’s effectively nonexistent one.
