NextGenSexAI is a static, editorial website. We do not require account registration, do not run a forum or comments system, and do not process payments — all purchases and subscriptions happen on the third-party platforms we review, under their own terms.

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps used to understand how visitors use the site). Both are configured with Google Consent Mode v2: analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid, _clck, _clsk) are not set by default and only activate after you actively accept the cookie banner on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and any already present are cleared. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider may retain standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes, for a limited period.
• Outbound affiliate links: when you click a link to a reviewed app or tool, that third-party site will set its own cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy — we do not control this and encourage you to review each platform's policy separately. We do not receive your personal data from these clicks; we only receive aggregate, anonymized conversion data from our affiliate network for commission accounting.
• Email: if you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.

Where GDPR applies, our legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
